Erin grew up in Jacksonville, Fl. After graduating from college with a degree in psychology she married her high school sweet heart Luke who was in the AirForce. Erin found Crossfit in 2007 after trying to find a program to train Luke for a specialty school. She became hooked instantly. She has coached all over the states and enjoys
Erin grew up in Jacksonville, Fl. After graduating from college with a degree in psychology she married her high school sweet heart Luke who was in the AirForce. Erin found Crossfit in 2007 after trying to find a program to train Luke for a specialty school. She became hooked instantly. She has coached all over the states and enjoys helping people in all walks of life get fit and have fun. Erin has also competed in the sport of crossfit. Competing in regionals in 2012-2017. She has been to the Crossfit Games twice in 2015 and 2017. She has her masters in Kinesiology and she and her hubby have a little girl. Her passion is loving people through fitness.
